We aim to provide transparent and trustworthy digital services. However, since most of our services involve instant submission to government or partner portals, refunds are limited.
- Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been initiated or documents not submitted.
- Once an application is processed or submitted, the fee becomes non-refundable.
- Any duplicate payment or technical error will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
- All refund requests should be sent to support@merapopi.com with payment details.
